Livestreaming for owners' meetings
Owners’ meetings via livestream: here’s how it works
How can owners’ meetings be held successfully in 2024? With a livestream!
As a property management company, invite all owners to an online event or organise a hybrid event with participants on site and connected.
We regularly broadcast owners’ meetings for property management companies. Our experience shows: The organisation is cheaper and less time-consuming and the number of participants is higher than at a traditional on-site event.
In addition, the planning runs more efficiently, the number of participants as well as the attention is higher and through the supervision of our experienced team we turn everyone in front of the camera into media professionals who simply go down well with the viewers.
Advantages of a live stream
All owners can participate:
We often receive feedback that a livestream owners’ meeting can also be attended by owners who live far away or have a busy schedule, for example.
Cost savings:
Depending on the size of the building and the number of owners, large halls have to be rented for on-site meetings. In addition, there is the event technology on site and, if necessary, catering.
Time saving:
This advantage applies to both the owners and the property management company: travelling to the venue is no longer necessary. This saves time on all sides.
No question remains unanswered:
Participants can submit questions in writing as well as be connected (scheduled) via various chat options and connections.
Environmentally friendly:
Travel is not only an argument for saving time, but also an environmental aspect. Depending on the setup, train or air travel may be required for on-site events. This is not the case with the livestream.
Higher attention:
We couldn’t have wished for better feedback: We are increasingly receiving feedback that the topics really do reach more owners and are also discussed more intensively than at on-site events.
More possibilities for design:
Some of our customers use the opportunity in the livestream to present topics in a comprehensible way via additional film clips that were produced in advance. Of course, we are also the contact for production in advance here.
Here’s how your meeting might go:
You invite people to an owners’ meeting as usual. Only this time, in addition to the classic invitation, you also send an online link for the livestream.
We set up a small studio at your place with professional light, sound and camera technology. A moderator welcomes the owners and property management staff present on site. Subsequently, the individual lectures with presentations are transmitted in “split screen” to the viewers at home. From various camera images, our director mixes the final image for the live stream in TV quality.
We integrate the stream directly into a landing page that we have previously customised, which is of course password-protected. The owners can easily submit questions there during the meeting, which the property management can answer directly live in the stream.
What our customers say
“Event via livestream: good preparation, competent and motivated staff, early set-up and professional handling during the event. All in all a successful event! Thank you very much!”
