Mobile livestream studio on the MSC

How we bring high-quality production to where it is needed

A typical picture – and a completely normal moment for us: the set-up phase at the Munich Security Conference. Everything still looks a bit chaotic, cases are open, cables are ready, the team is hard at work. And this is exactly what will soon turn into a fully-fledged livestream studio.

What makes it special is that all of our technology is designed so that it can be transported in cases. Even monitors are firmly integrated and protected. This has a big advantage – we work on location with exactly the same technology that we use in our own studio several times a week. There is no getting used to, no uncertainties, just a well-rehearsed setup that works straight away.

So we simply take the studio to where it is needed. In this case, right in the middle of the Munich Security Conference. An empty room becomes a production environment in which content can be created within a very short space of time and broadcast worldwide.

What is produced here is just as diverse as the event itself: Podcasts, panel discussions, live broadcasts for TV formats, broadcasts for international media and press conferences. Especially at an event like the MSC, where topics are discussed globally, it is crucial that content can be produced quickly, professionally and in high quality.

We are increasingly seeing events planning their own studio space – not as an adjoining room, but as an integral part of the concept. Offering such spaces, including technology and crew, creates completely new opportunities for everyone involved. Speakers, companies, media partners and influencers can produce content directly on site and significantly increase their reach.

Today, livestream and video are no longer tied to a fixed location. A studio is no longer a room, but a system. And it is precisely this system that we bring with us – packed in boxes, ready for use, wherever good content needs to be created.
