What is a hybrid event?
A hybrid event is a combination of a classic face-to-face event and an online event. Some participants are on site, others follow the event digitally via the Internet. The advantages are obvious: more people can participate digitally and the event can theoretically be followed by an infinite number of viewers worldwide.

A detailed agreement with you in advance is important for a successful process. Calls, panels, films or presentations can be prepared before the event. Our film crew cuts sequences beforehand and underlines them with animations and graphics. Of course, we create lower bands, transitions and designs in your corporate design.
Right before the start of the hybrid event, we will go through the process with you in a rehearsal. On site we work with 3 or 4 different cameras to switch between different perspectives. Of course, as a live stream service provider, we not only provide camera technology but also optimal sound quality and lighting technology. Our servers for the transmission are in Germany and our online participant management tool is GDPR-compliant.
In retrospect, you will receive a recording of the stream from us. We would be happy to put together highlights for you that you can share on your website or on social media.
Virtual connection of guests and experts
Various scenarios are possible for your hybrid event. In addition to the classic process with speakers, moderators and panel discussions on site, experts and speakers can also be connected digitally. The participants on site then see the virtually connected guests on a large screen.
